
The Yang Style 13 postures, comprise the first segment of the Yang Long Form. This form contains what is called Peng, Lu, Che and Ahn: Wqrd off, Roll back, Press and Push, respectively. The bssis of Push Hands; also called sensing or feeling hands, can be adapted from this form. It is a remarkable storehouse of applied energy-medicine, stratergy and tactical perspectives. An excellent foundation stone, it is a great precusor to learning the Chen Man-Cheng 37 Form and the Long form.
